Here is the faint supernova remnant CTA1 the "brother" of the popular CTB1 remnant. Around 20x1500s of Ha and 16x1500s of OIII with the Atik 490 camera on the Sky 90 telescope.

The bright orange feature is the planetary nebula, NGC 40.

Reference information. CTA1 is also called G119.5+10.3 and G119.5+10.2
