This is a very dim and dusty region in Cassiopeia from the Sharpless Catalogue, Sharpless Sh-187. We used 22x1200s exposures with the Astrodon 3nm Ha filter and the Skywatcher 200 Newtonian telescope with the Atik 490ex CCD Camera.

This very dusty area contains an ionised molecular cloud which is obscured by the LDN 1317 dark nebula.
