Here is an image from a long time ago. During 2007 I used my complete set of narrowband filters to collect a lot of frames of the central region of the heart nebula, and this is my first attempt to combine them in to a tricolour narrowband image. SII is red, Ha is green and OIII is blue. Some further processing needed to flatten the background, but that can wait until I remember how!
Captured in ArtemisCapture, calibrated in ImagetoolsCa, DDP in maxim, thuggery in photoshop.
This image was autoguided using my homemade off axis guider and my black and white SC1 webcam.
